This has been a hectic week with all the festivities around. It’s fun to celebrate Indian festivals and feels so much like home away from home. I love this time of the year simply because I get a chance to dress up the Indian way, do some traditional cooking for a change and of course all these celebrations totally throw me out of Healthy diet plan.
Thank goodness for these Meal plans for keeping me on track whenever I tend to deviate from healthy eating or feel lazy to exercise. So this week my focus will be on more workouts especially cardio to burn the calories immediately and of course strength training to maintain the healthy weight.

For Mid-Morning Snacks – include smoothies into your diet to keep you hydrated and full till lunch time.
For Evening Snacks include some low fat yogurt, fresh or dry fruits and nuts. You can also opt for hot snacks if desired.
