This was so easily made mainly with boneless chicken pieces,yogurt, tomatoes and Onion with a little bit of changes in normal Chicken curry recipe. Well it's completely my innovation. I haven't took this recipe from somewhere.

The recipe uses Normal tikka masala, which you can prepare at your home. If can't?? You don't need to worry then. There are so many brands available coming in the market by its name as ready to cook tikka masala. Just have a visit to your nearby supermarket and buy a one. CURRY CHICKEN TIKKA | EASY CHICKEN RECIPES
This is one of attractive chicken curry made up with onions, tomatoes, boneless chicken, yogurt and tikka masala with the use of simple spices. This is best to be served with Roghni naan,chapati or rice.
Total time : 30 to 50 minutes

Ingredients you will need:
- 5 tablespoons of Oil
- 2 medium sized onions finely chopped
- 3 medium sized tomatoes finely chopped (best to remove its skin first)
- 0.5 kilogram boneless chicken
- 1 teaspoon of ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon of garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of Garam masala
- 2 teaspoons of tikka masala (National/Shan)
- 1/4 teaspoon of chili flakes
- salt to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of chili sauce
- few coriander and mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon of coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon of cumin powder
- 2 to 3 green chilies
- 1/2 cup of Yogurt
Procedure to be followed:
STEP 1: In a wok, heat up oil, fry in chopped onions till light golden brown, then add garlic and ginger paste. Let it saute for few seconds. Then add in boneless chicken, turmeric powder, chili flakes, tikka masala for 1 to 2 minutes.
STEP 2: Add in tomatoes, fry for another 2 to 3 minutes then remaining sauces and spices(black pepper, salt, soy sauce, chili sauce, garam masala). Cook it for a while when curry separates oil. Lower the flame, whisk yogurt and add in to cook. Add water,cover the wok with lid, cook till chicken is tendered completely and oil comes at the top.
STEP 3: Garnish with lemon, coriander and mint leaves. Serve and Enjoy!!
