Caramel Vanilla Pudding drizzled with Chocolate Frosting



One of the easy and quick dessert which you can make at your kitchen with no difficulties. Recipe is so simple to make, sometimes it is also called as Egg Vanilla Custard, i have checked in many authentic Google sites.
I made this beautiful and delicious looking dessert at my in laws Dinner Party. This Vanilla pudding was topped with caramel and drizzled with home made chocolate frosting

Unfortunately, i couldn't get enough time to take step by step pictures. Though i have tried my best to explain my recipe. In fact the clicks have been taken by my lovely sister in law. I thought to better take pictures from her and publish it. I prepared almost 5 dishes in 2 to 3 hours. I was almost like running into the kitchen. Insha'Allah will share flan recipe sometime, because i have a plan to make it. For now on, please follow the following recipe :-

CARAMEL VANILLA PUDDING DRIZZLEDWITH HOMEMADE CHOCOLATE FROSTING

Preparation time : 10 to 15 minutes
Baking time : 25 to 35 minutes
Serves: 3 to 4

Ingredients:



  • 1 and 1/2 cups of caster Sugar
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons of Vanilla Essence
  • 3 cups of Milk







Procedure to be followed:

STEP 1: CARAMEL MAKING: In a large saucepan, cook and stir 3/4 cup of white sugar till it melts and turn golden brown. Pour into small Bundt pan. Keep it at room temperature for about 20 to 30 minutes. Give it sometime to stand.

STEP 2: PUDDING MAKING: In a separate bowl, whisk in eggs, remaining sugar and milk till combined. Do not make it foamy.

STEP 3: BAKING CARAMEL PUDDING: Pre-heat your oven temperature up to 160 degrees on centigrade, Place your bundt pan in oven square pan. Fill it with water of almost 1 inches of depth. Bake t for about 25 to 35 minutes. In order to check if its completely baked, you can insert a knife in the center if it comes out clean. Then its done.

STEP 4: Cool bundt pan on a wire rack. To remove it from the pan. Simply run a knife around the corners of the pan and dish it out on a dessert plate. Serve chilled.
