- Boil spaghetti in salted water till al dente
- Rinse with cool water and drain
- Chop onions, tomatoes, cabbage, lettuce and green pepper and mix them in a bowl.
- Stir fry vegetables for 2 mins.
- Mix spaghetti with the vegetables and you have your spalad.
Remember to serve hot.
