Sausage Sauce. Vorstikaste

My generation was served  Sausage Sauce for dinner at school .

And this was one of the our favourite school lunch dish.
At school  the table was already set . Plates were on the tables and food in big bowls.

Who was quicker to run, got a bigger portion 🙂
Today, at home I do this very rarely.

I added Tomato Pasta, because of better picture:) but you can leave this out.  This dish is made from cooked sausage. But you can use frankfurters.

Sausage Sauce

  • Servings: 4-6
  • Difficulty: easy

A everyday simple easy cooking dish



  • 400 g boiled sausage
  • onion
  • 70 g tomato pasta
  • 400 ml cream
  • oil (+ 50 g flour, if you want this)
  • salt, pepper



  1. Chop onion and sausage in to the cubes
  2. Heat oil in a skillet and add onion. Cook onion while transparent and add sausage. (add flour) and brown
  3. Add tomato pasta, mix, and add cream mixing thoroughly
  4. Bring to boil and season
