OCTOPUS ($34) features purple-tinged tentacles curl and twist into an eye-catching swirl cosy with palermo sweet pepper, garlic, capers and parsley. Grilled octopus not only adds char-grilled flavour but also emblazons with smoky grill kisses that add dark contrast to the white meat. The soft silken texture of the octopus contrast nicely with the sweet red pepper and lemony tang and brininess of the capers. The fine, semi-soft texture of char-grilled Cow’s Milk Cheese that takes prosciutto and salad combo to a whole new experience. Also, happy to share that the thinly-sliced prosciutto leaves a pleasant, not-too-salty taste. SMOKED SCAMORZA ($22) is one of our picks for anti-pasti.
FIRST SPRING ($20) has a fruity tropical taste sweet and vibrant. The mixture of Mancino Sakura Vermouth, melon, hinoki, cointreau and blue pea.
There’s nothing better than a crispy on the outside, succulent consistency on the inside, hot French yellow spring chicken pan roasted under a brick. POLLO AL MATONE ($36) is also served with a side of nicely browned sautéed potatoes with onion and fresh spinach.
This thin crust bacon potato pizza will sure to wow all your partner! PANCETTA ($28) is generously filled with Swiss Smoked Farmer Raw Bacon, Duck Fat Potato, Basil Pesto, Fior Di Latte, Parmesan topped with a lovely White Sandy Egg in the middle. Delicately flavoured from the Duck Fat Potato, which is a perfect tasty fat for my pizza. Definitely listed under our favourite pizza.
What’s a meal without dessert? PROFITEROLES is served in 2 pieces ($14). I love the fragrance up against all that vanilla ice cream, milky chocolate sauce and toasted almond. However, the ice cream melts way too quickly!
