Here is a two tier mini Cake recipe

Ingredients:
egg-one large
Sugar-3 tbsp
Vanilla Essence-1/4 tsp
Oil-2 tsp
Warm Milk-3 tsp
Baking soda-a pinch
Baking powder-1/4 tsp
All purpose flour- 4 tbsp
Preparation:
Beat one large egg with sugar and vanilla essence until fluffy.
Add oil and beat few seconds.
Fold dry ingredients along with milk gently.
Pour it in to a non stick fry pan and cook on lowest flame for 6 minutes (cover the lid).
After completely cools down, cut the cake in to mini circles and whip it up (watch video)
