
Ingredients:
- eggs-2 large
- Sugar powdered-1/4 cup
- All purpose flour-1/2 cup
- Milk-1 cup
- Oil-1/4 cup
- Baking powder- 1/2 tsp
- Salt-a pinch
- Vanilla essence-1/2 tsp
- Cocoa powder-2 tbsp
- Whip cream-1 cup
- Chocolate ganache-1/4 cup
Preparation:
- In a dry bowl add all the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking soda and salt).
- Make a hole in the centre and add eggs, oil and vanilla essence; gentle mix with a handwhisk.
- Add milk little by little and make a lump free batter.
- Heat a non-stick pan with little oil.
- Pour a ladle of batter (little less than 1/4 cup) and make thin crepe. make such 10 to 11 crepes.
- Allow to cools down completely.
- Cut the crepes in to correct circle with the help of a circle shaped object. (see video)
- Apply whip cream in between the crepes as a thin layer and garnish on top with chocolate ganache.
- Refrigerate for an hour to set and slice it..
