Easy Crepe Cake


  1. eggs-2 large
  2. Sugar powdered-1/4 cup
  3. All purpose flour-1/2 cup
  4. Milk-1 cup
  5. Oil-1/4 cup
  6. Baking powder- 1/2 tsp
  7. Salt-a pinch
  8. Vanilla essence-1/2 tsp
  9. Cocoa powder-2 tbsp
  10. Whip cream-1 cup
  11. Chocolate ganache-1/4 cup


  • In a dry bowl add all the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking soda and salt).
  • Make a hole in the centre and add eggs, oil and vanilla essence; gentle mix with a handwhisk.
  • Add milk little by little and make a lump free  batter.
  • Heat a non-stick pan with little oil.
  • Pour a ladle of batter (little less than 1/4 cup) and make thin crepe. make such 10 to 11 crepes.
  • Allow to cools down completely.
  • Cut the crepes in to correct circle with the help of a circle shaped object. (see video)
  • Apply whip cream in between the crepes as a thin layer and garnish on top with chocolate ganache.
  • Refrigerate for an hour to set and slice it..
