Ingredients:
- Rolled chapathi dough-4
- Eggs-4
- Thinly chopped onion-1
- Thinly chopped tomato-1
- Thinly chopped green chilly-1
- Salt-to taste
- Pepper powder-1/2 tsp
- Oil-to cook chapathi
- Thinly chopped carrots-1/4 cup
- Thinly chopped lettuce- 1/4 cup
- Fried boneless chicken pieces-1/4 cup
- Mayonnaise-1/4 cup
- Mix eggs with onion, tomato, green chilly, salt and pepper; mix well.
- Heat a tawa and place the rolled chapathi; cook one side for few seconds.
- Apply a teaspoon of oil on top and flip to the other side.
- Now add a part of egg mix on top and spread to all the round.
- Flip to other side when bubbles came (or until cooked).
- Cook for another few seconds and take out from the pan.
- Cook all the remaining chapathi's.
- Now take a chapathi and add a tablespoon of mayonnaise on centre.
- Add chicken pieces, carrots and lettuce.
- Roll it and enjoy with any of your favorite dips.
