Crispy Bread Fry

Crispy Bread fry is a simple and quick tea time snack. These spicy and delicious pakora's are great as an appetizer or a wonderful Ramadan starter. Check out the recipe preparation  and make it in your own kitchen.
Ingredients:
  1. Bread slices-3
  2. Besan flour- 1/4 cup
  3. Rice flour- 1/4 cup
  4. Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
  5. Salt-little
  6. Turmeric powder-a pinch
  7. Chilly powder-1 tsp
  8. Garam masala powder-a pinch
  9. Chopped coriander leaves-1 tbsp
  10. Oil-for deep frying
Preparation:
  • Cut a bread slice in to 4 triangle pieces.
  • Make a thick batter with besan flour, rice flour, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, chilly powder, garam masala powder, coriander leaves and water.
  • Take a pieces of bread dip in the batter and add in the hot hot; fry until nice golden and crisp.
  • Drain in to paper towels and serve hot.
