Ingredients

Ingredients notes

Blueberries – fresh blueberries work great in this recipe giving it a nice salad like taste and texture.

Honeydew melon – since this recipe is a no tomato recipe which makes it even more unique, I decided to go with more juicy fruit like honeydew melon. It made this recipe tastier. Make sure to get the honeydew melon with green inside and not the yellow for the best results.

Mint leaves – fresh mint leaves adds so much aroma and health to this recipe.

Jalapeno – this brings a nice kick to this blueberry salsa recipe.

Cilantro – this is a must. Fresh cilantro adds flavor, aroma and nutrition to it.

Onion – red onions are the best type for this blueberry salsa especially since its made without tomatoes.
