HONOLULU | Beer Lab HI is a Honolulu craft brewery with three locations across town. The original is on University Avenue, and is a great spot with a real local’s vibe. The brewery was founded in 2015 on the concept of constant change, experimentation and small batch brews. As such, expect lot of interesting and unique beers on tap when you visit.

The University taproom features 10 rotating taps, kombucha made in-house, paninis and charcuterie. The charcuterie contains salami cured in-house, made using beer. You can get sample flights to try a few things, as well as crowlers and growlers to go.

The Beer Lab HI team often collaborate with other businesses in Hawaii. Past special brews include things like a Strawberry Slush Float Ale brewed in collaboration with Rainbow Drive-In, and Neon Belly, a pandan IPA brewed in collaboration with Day By Day Jui Jitsu.
