- 150g double brie
- 3g black truffle, shaved
- Preheat your oven to 200°C fan forced.
- Wrap the brie in a layer of foil.
- Place in the over at 200°C for 10 minutes.
- Remove the brie from the oven and top with the truffle.
- Serve warm.
Serve with some crusty bread and honey.
