Simple Graham Mango Float

When quarantine brings out the “cook” in my daughter, see her latest masterpiece.

I think someone will replace this momma in the kitchen. My daughter is beginning to take an interest in prepping some dessert for the foodie family.

She was able to do this Graham cake twice. Too bad, this is the only good photo that we have.

Ingredients:

Two packs of graham crackers

1/2 can condensed milk

2 packs All-purpose cream

3 ripe mangoes

Procedure:

  1. Mix the condensed milk and all-purpose cream in a bowl.

2. Place a layer of graham cracker in a plastic or glass container.

3. Add a generous amount of condensed milk and cream mixture on top of the graham crackers.

4. Add sliced mangoes

5. Place another layer until you achieve the desired height or layer.

Best served cold.
