Grapefruit Mocktail

If you are looking for the perfect poolside sipper this summer, you are in the right place! This Grapefruit Mocktail is refreshing, light, and crisp.

What is in this grapefruit mocktail?

grapefruit juice – It adds a tart sweetness. Fresh squeezed is best, but bottled is okay too.

Fresh mint sprigs– The perfect pairing to compliment the Grapefruit juice. Mint is one of my favorite herbs to add to drinks, it makes everything beautifully refreshing.

Lime juice– Lime enhances all the flavors and adds a nice acidic punch that every Mocktail needs to replace alcohol. Fresh squeezed is always best but bottled is okay too.

Stevia drops– In any mocktail or cocktail recipe, a liquid sweetener is necessary. I love using liquid stevia since it is a healthy sugar-free sweetener. I use the “thrive market” brand but this one on amazon is also great.

(alternatively, you can use a 1:1 ratio of honey and warm water to make a honey simple syrup, and add to your preference.)

Can I turn this mocktail into a cocktail with alcohol?

Absolutely! I recommend adding clear alcohol. A shot of vodka or gin would go best with these flavors. Once the alcohol is added, taste and see if you would like to add more sweetener.

Let me know in the comments if you make this fabulour drink! ENJOY!
