I love Mushroom, I have tried this at one of the cafes in Singapore when visited with friends. Portobello mushroom has a unique flavor. I had tried simple onion cheese stuffing. I wanted to try Indian style stuffing if you don't have all the spices you can try with whatever you have. Just chili powder with Italian spice mix will give a nice flavor to the stuffing too. This can be served as a starter or breakfast itself.
