Min Utthappam recipe - mini Uttapam recipe - Breakfast, dinner recipes - Dosa batter recipe


Ingredients

Dosa batter - 1 cup
Peas - 2 tablespoons (I have used frozen at room temperature) 
Cashewnuts - 2 tablespoons
Grated carrot -  2 tablespoons
Tomatoes - 2 tablespoons
onion - 2 tablespoons
corn - 2 tablespoons
Capsicum - 2 tablespoons
Oil to cook for dosa


Method:

Heat dosa pan. Pour min dosa sprinkle stuffing (Cashew, peas, onion). Drizzle oil. Cook it with closed lid

Turn it over & cook again. Once done remove it

Pour another set of dosa.  Place stuffing (corn, tomatoes, carrot, capsicum) Drizzle oil. Cook it with closed lid

Turn it over & cook again. Once done remove it

Serve hot with sambar/chutney
