Whenever I go to barbeque nation Paneer tikka is one of starter I like. To be frank, Paneer is something I start to enjoy in the last few years. Before that, I was not a big fan of any milk products. However, my kids love paneer. So I do make a paneer base recipe almost once a week. I wanted to try this Mango Paneer Tikka for this mango season. I loved the unique flavor that mango gives to this dish. I have used alphonso mango. I feel that goes well for this recipe and gives a nice color. This is a perfect starter/snacks

Turn it over and cook again. Continue to cook until all sides are done.
