Neeragaram recipe - Pazhaya sadham recipe - Fermented rice recipe - Healthy recipes - Left over ricerecipes


Ingredients

Rice - 1 cup
Water - 2 cup

For serving
buttermilk - 1/2 cup
Small onion - 5 (chopped roughly)
Green chilies - 2 (chopped finely)
salt to taste
Fried chilies as required
Pickle of your choice

Method

Cook the rice. 
once cooked strain the water. 

Keep it aside
Once rice and water cool down, mix it together. Let it ferment. Next day add Onion, Green chilies & Salt.
Add Buttermilk & Serve
Enjoy!
