The dough for the peanut butter balls is made by combining softened butter with peanut butter, and powdered sugar. Mix until a thick dough forms. Roll the dough into bite-sized balls. Set onto plates and refrigerate for about 20 minutes before dipping in chocolate. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until fully melted and smooth. Add green food coloring to the white chocolate, and dip each peanut butter ball into the chocolate. Set them back onto plates, and top with pink sprinkles. Refrigerate until the chocolate has completely set.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 12 oz. white chocolate chips
- green food coloring
- pink sprinkles
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine softened butter with peanut butter and powdered sugar. Mix until a thick dough forms.
- Roll the peanut butter balls into bite-sized balls. Place onto plates and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
- Place chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in 30 second intervals, stirring until fully melted and smooth. Add in green food coloring, stir until fully green.
- Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, and set onto plates. Top with sprinkles. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
