White Chocolate Chip Cranberry Cookie Dough Truffles

Quick and easy no-bake edible Cookie Dough truffles covered in white chocolate. These are so easy to make, you don’t need to do any baking at all to make these simple truffles. They are made with an edible cookie dough that it filled with dried cranberries and white chocolate chips. They are rolled into bite-sized balls, and covered in white chocolate. They are the perfect treat to keep in the fridge for anytime that you want a bite of cookie dough.

The first step to make the cookie dough edible, is to heat the flour in the microwave for about 40 seconds. Mix butter, sugar, and milk together in a large bowl. Then add in the heated flour, and mix until a thick dough forms. Fold in the dried cranberries, and white chocolate chips. Roll the cookie dough into bite-sized balls, and place onto plates. Refrigerate while you melt the chocolate chips. Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in 30-second intervals, until it is fully melted and smooth. Using a fork, coat each cookie dough bite into the melted chocolate. Set them onto plates, and refrigerate until the chocolate has completely set.

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour, heated in the microwave
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 12 oz. white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Place flour into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave for 40 seconds. In a large bowl, combine butter and sugar together until fluffy.
  • Add in milk, and mix until smooth. Add in the heated flour, and mix until a thick dough forms. Fold in dried cranberries, and white chocolate chips.
  • Form the cookie dough into bite-sized balls, and place onto a plate. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
  • Place the white chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until it is fully melted and smooth.
  • Fully coat each cookie dough truffle into the melted chocolate. Set them back onto plates, and refrigerate until the chocolate has set.
