Grinch Blossom Cookies

Soft and chewy peppermint sugar cookies topped with a Candy Cane Kiss, these cookies are perfect for baking during the Christmas season. They are filled with delicious peppermint flavor, and colored green for the Grinch. They are so quick and easy to make, and so much fun to bake for Christmas.

The dough for these cookies is made similar to baking sugar cookie dough, except instead of vanilla extract, peppermint extract is used. And the cookie dough is colored green. Bake the cookies until they are done in the center, and remove from the oven. Once they are out of the oven, top each of the cookies with one candy cane kiss while they are still warm. Let cool before serving.
