Crock-Pot Italian Pot Roast

Crock-Pot Italian Pot Roast

  • 1 3-4 pound roast
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 ( 14 oz.) can diced tomatoes, undrained
  1. Place roast into a large greased crock-pot. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Top with minced garlic and diced tomatoes along with the juices.

  2. Cover and let cook on low heat for 8-10 hours, or on high heat for 5-6 hours.
