Creamy and smooth homemade no-chrun Ice Cream with soft cookie pieces all throughout. This homemade cookies and Cream Ice Cream is so quick and simple to make. But it tastes just like the store bought cookies and cream ice cream. Only four ingredients  and a hand mixer are needed to make this creamy ice cream. Cookies and cream ice cream is one of my favorite ice cream flavors. And with this easy recipe, you can make your own ice cream without needing to go to the store.

Heavy whipping cream is used as the base for the ice cream. Start by mixing it with a mixer until stiff peaks start to form. Fold the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract and crushed Oreo cookies into the whipped cream mixture. You can crush all of the Oreo cookies, or you can leave some of them in bigger pieces.Pour this mixture into a freezer safe container and freeze it for at least 4 hours or for up to one month.
