Lambrusco Incantabiss, Fondo Bozzole

Incantabiss is a Lambrusco obtained from lambrusco Ruberti grapes trained using the guyot method, a method not used in the plain because it reduces the yield by a good 50%, but it goes by itself that the lower the yield, the better the quality of the wine produced.

The Ruberti grape is a native Mantovana variety and it is, among the varieties of lambrusco, one of the most appreciated for its softness and uniqueness.

Lambrusco Incantabiss is Franco and Mario’s masterpiece, like the name says, a wine that surprise, a wine with a beautiful ruby red colour with purple reflections, with a lively foam. On the nose, the wine is mineral and with red fruit aromas, strawberry in particular, intense, soft.

The lambrusco Incantabiss is excellent with cold cuts, chicken, grilled, fatty or grilled fish, risotto.

Lambrusco Incantabiss should be served at 14 - 15 degrees and let it breathe for a few minutes before pouring it.
