I found the book easy to read and follow, Pete Evans Keto Easy Book being split into sections , if i want Fish i could go straight to that section, condiments listed in the back like Cauliflower Mash and Ketchup .

For instance, most ingredients you would have in the pantry and fridge. Items like Coconut Oil, Almond Meal and Tapioca Flour requires a trip to the wholefoods store.

My Rating 3.5 starts – Cool Little book and not that expensive.
