Pakistani Nihari Recipe

Nihari is a national dish in Pakistan, and one dish you’ll be sure to have if you travel there. Most ingredients are fairly common, with a few exceptions, but its a great, hearty recipe that can be replicated at home if you have the patience to spare! Try Nihari with basmati rice and a side of Naan bread.
