Chocolate Roll





        
 Chocolate rolls  Ingredients: - FOR DOUGH - - 6 eggs - 100g sugar - 100g flour - 3 tablespoons cornstarch - 1 baking powder - 1 chocolate pudding for the cream: - 200 ml cream - 200 g of a black eurokrem - 2 tablespoons cocoa - 200 g dark chocolate 





PREPARATION: 
- Separate the egg whites from the yolks, then whisk the egg whites to robust in snow. - Whisk the egg yolks and add the beaten egg white. - Stir the corn flour, flour, pudding and baking powder. - mixture of finely unite so pour into baking pan lined with parchment paper. - Bake for 20 minutes at 170 C.



- When the biscuit baked disconnect it from the paper and roll to roll until it is warm. 
- Sweet cream heated to boiling so remove from heat add the cocoa, chocolate cream and mix. 
- Biscuit odrolajte, brush with cold cream, and then screw in the roll.
