Finally I’ve taken the plunge and started my own blog! The Taste of writing about my food life and much more, it’s so exciting and I hope that you enjoy my posts. I’ll try to not bore you all too much and feel free to comment on my posts.

All I’ve been doing lately is cooking, eating and dreaming food….now I understand what people mean when they say they dream of work when they go to bed at night. Food is about to takeover but, I honestly am having so much fun.

So for those of you that haven’t been following my build up please take a look at the images below of some of my favourite cooks this year.

Still learning about taking the pictures that highlight my KEY ingredients & trying to plate up so it looks yummy. My main tag line is ‘you eat with your eyes first’ and it’s so true. Don’t get me wrong we all have our dishes that go wrong or don’t look quite right but making it presentable goes a long way. I’m definitely guilty of saying something tastes better just because it looks better. I still have a lot to learn but that’s the fun part. So here goes!
