I love roast Potatoes in fact they have to be my favourite bit of a Sunday Dinner or Christmas Dinner. Now no matter if it’s Christmas or just a everyday Sunday my roasties are always the same.
What you will need;
- Goose Fat
- Sea Salt & Black Pepper
- Whole Garlic (cut in half)
- Rosemary Sprigs
How to make them
- Parboil your potatoes
- Add a small roasting tray into an oven on 180 degrees with goose fat in
- Once your potatoes are parboiled drain using a colander and leave to steam dry for a minimum of 10 minutes
- Once dried, remove your roasting tray and add your potatoes, rosemary, garlic, sea salt and pepper. Give the potatoes and ingredients a good mix then add back into the oven for 45 minutes.
These would normally been seen as a Christmas recipe but you can enjoy them anytime of the year.
