This easy Thai dish is a great choice after a hard day at work and you need something quick feed yourself and family. The warm and intense flavour of garlic and ginger Sauce goes well with the lovely Tai jasmine rice. It will take very little time to prepare and cook.So you can enjoy the rest of the evening with family. That is a win win for me. Happy Cooking
