PA-TRADE

PA-TRADE (EA from WSC TRADING) PA-boxshot20150521.png      -> A free demo is available. (790 USD at the vendor's website ) Buy PA TRADE Expert Advisor in the store selling algo trading systemsPA Trade stands for Price Action Trade. The EA identifies price action patterns using candlesticks to select its trades on the daily charts (D1 charts). The robot does NOT involve martingale, grid or no-stoploss trading. The system is already optimized for 18 currency pairs. PA-TRADE uses 4 different trade-entry strategies: PA-TRADE-strategy-1024x492.pngengulfing_bar.jpg Again, the robot is developed for the daily charts (D1 charts). It is quite a good idea to use the daily charts to avoid false signals/market noises. All trades have a stoploss. Half the trades have a fixed takeprofit, and the other half uses a trailing stop to extend the profit. It is a long-term EA which tries to catch big swings and sometimes holds positions for weeks or even months. Therefore, it is considered to be necessary to run the EA for at least several months without intervention to get steady results. StagnationAndTrend_20150503.png It can be seen in the vendor's live forward test that stagnation periods (preparation periods) shown in red lines were followed by small or big trends (harvesting periods) shown in blue lines. According to the vendor, the best way to use the EA is to run it on all 18 pairs (or more in the future) and trade the market as a whole. That way, the risk is spread among the different pairs and the growth curve is much smoother. EquityAndBalance_20150503.png In the vendor's live forward test above, the most interesting and impressive point is that the unrealized profit is almost always positive. In other words, the equity is almost always over the balance. What counts is NOT the balance BUT the equity. It is felt that the positive unrealized profit is a result of effectively catching trends and using trailing stops.
