Australians can now use Crypto to buy fuel and products at 175 gas stations and convenience stores under the On the Run (OTR) brand, across the country.

For this project, OTR has partnered up with the crypto exchange, Crypto.com, and the Australian Payment systems provider, DataMesh. The former provided its service named Pay Merchant for settling payments, while the latter brought its point of sale terminals to the table.

Soon, OTR will be introducing the Crypto Payment option to another 250 retail sites in Australia. Moreover, according to Crypto.com’s representative, this infrastructure can easily be expanded to include any merchant, regardless of the products or services they’re providing.
