As a cardholder, you’ll need to ensure you pay at least your minimum due balance at the end of each billing cycle to keep your account in good standing. Luckily, the Exchange Credit Program has made paying off your MILITARY STAR card bill simplified by providing three modes of payment.

Currently, you can make your MILITARY STAR card payment by signing in to your account at, by phone or by mail.

Visit from your browser to submit your payment. Generally, you’ll need to have your card with you, your account information, and the details of the checking account you’ll be withdrawing the funds from.

Call the Exchange Credit Program at 1‑877‑891‑7827 (STAR) to pay off your Military Star Card bill through the phone. Kindly ensure you have the necessary information with you at the time of placing the call.

A Rule of Thumb
