Do you have a special place in your heart for dinosaurs? Think T.Rex is the best apex predator of all time? Like to be thrilled, scared and learn something new at the same time. Well, hello there! You're gonna love the American Museum of Natural History's new exhibit: 'T.Rex The Ultimate Predator.' The exhibit kicks off March 11, 2019 and runs through August 9, 2019.

At the exhibit you'll be able to get up close (but not personal....eww) with life-sized models, get your mind blown via a multiplayer interactive virtual reality experience, theater and much more.
You think you know that the T.Rex was a rompin' stompin eating machine with the tiniest arms ever--and who hasn't pretended to be a T.Rex trying to pick things up--but did you know that they were tiny little feathered things when they were little? They were cute! Did you know that the T. Rex is part of the tyrannosaur group, and some members were not as big, nor as frightening as the big guy?
Right now, you can purchase advance tickets to the event. And if you join the museum now, you'll get a special, limited edition T.Rex museum membership card, be able to visit the exhibit during its preview days (no long lines, abilities to take selfies with the dino and more). Click here to find out exactly what goodies you get when you join as a family, adult and more.
The American Museum of Natural History is located at Central Park West at 79th Street. It's open daily from 10 am to 5:45 pm, except Christmas and Thanksgiving. To find out what's going on over at the museum now, visit their site.
