Los Angeles was buzzing last night. Tons of celebrities in Erdem X HM (lucky dogs) got to see a runway show of the new collaboration that will hit stores nationwide in November. Honestly, this collaboration looks like it's the first one that is worth a knockout, drag out fight to the finish to get these items. They look that good. Who was there? Alexa Chung, Zendaya, Kirsten Dunst, Baz Luhrmann, Catherine Martin, and Erdem Moralioglu (the designer...doh!), Kate Bosworth, Blade Runner 2049’s Ana de Armas and Sylvia Hoeks, Imaan Hammam, Selma BlairBarbara Palvin,Eiza Gonzalez, Rashida Jones, Law Roach, Kate Mara, Rainey Qualley and a few more names that I missed.

Nope, I wasn't there, I'm just reporting on the runway beauty look that was created by UK beauty editor and makeup artist Isamaya Ffrench.

The Inspiration:

“The make-up was inspired by this slightly eccentric idea of Englishness. It’s fresh and natural, but it has an edge. So, the look was simple and natural apart from this powerful graphic aspect we added using black eyeliner. We changed the liner slightly for each model to make it more personal. The collection has a feminine feel and uses lots of flowers, but there is also a kind of masculinity in some of the cuts. We wanted to reflect this in the beauty look.”

Get the Look:
“For a fresh-looking complexion, I used Natural Satin Foundation ($14.99) since it’s very lightweight and sheer. I used the Face Duo Stick ($19.99) for a little bit of contouring. The Cream Blusher ($9.99) in peachy colors was key and I put it on the apples of the models’ cheeks for a natural look. The hero product of the look was the Drama Cream Eyeliner  ($9.99)in Pitch Black which I used to create a strong, graphic line. Together with the Faux to Go Mascara, ($12.99)this was the only products used for the eye make-up. For lips, we used just a little bit of Lip Balm ($6.99) in Strawberry Blush layered on top of Cream Lipstick in Sandstorm. We just wanted to do the minimum and let the models look like themselves.”
