Sometimes it's just one item that sends the fash pack in an absolute frenzy.  At the fall Saint Laurent (YSL for those who refuse to give up using the name Yves) fashion show, these over the knees, slouchy, cone-heeled Swarovski encrusted boots made people batty with lust. It seemed that as soon as the show was over, Rihanna was spotted wearing them. The rest of the world needed to wait six months to purchase them.

At $10k a pop, you'd think that they'd be easy to purchase. Ha! Sold out almost immediately, there's a waiting list at Net-a-Porter, Saks Fifth Avenue  and any other high-end store you can think that would carry them. Now, you could place yourself on the waiting list, or you pick up a gorgeous, um, shall we say look alike or an hommage boot for much less.
