Let's Eat Breakfast

Hey lovelies!
So today I thought why not dedicate a post to my Breakfast - weird? Ohwells.
Well as i'm sure evvverryyoneee knows breakfast is an important meal of the day, but how many of us actually do eat breakfast?
My usual breakfast is just a cup of tea with either a sandwich cake, or you know something among  that line. But today I went for the Healthy option... I think.
Well, the fruits are surely healthy and I'm sure I can class my smarties yogurt as healthy as well? 
If not- ohwells. Healthy to me. 

Fruits are such a fresh item of food that you can never get enough! Well I don't know about you guys, but I can never get enough. 
Smarties  yogurt.. well a bit childish? yeah or nah? NAAHH
Who can ever be to old for that. I would sit here and express about how much I am a fan of these various yogurts like the rolo one, aero, milkway but nah, maybe next time :P

But on a real talk guys, I think having breakfast does actually make an impact on how your day goes. If you don't eat anything and just sit and starve yourself till lunch, then I'm sure your body won't co-operate with you well.
I would suggest starting your day off with a glass of water and some fruits (even though I don't always start off with fruits, but a glass of water I surely do).

Anywhos, I can ramble on about breakfast and food but I think I will end it off here... as I am rather hungry now- LOL!
