January was a trial run for me on how the year would start out and after many mid day lie-in's, lazy days and junk Food; I've decided to become more organised with my day to day life. I want to adapt to a more organised, put together life. I have put together a list, to help me along the way.
1. Use my planner to organise me day to day: I am more of a visual person and enjoy seeing stuff wrote down. I am planning to use my planner to organise my blog posts and when to post, appointments I have and thing to do/buy. When I can see my month planned in front of me; I know that I am more likely to achieve it and keeps me motivated. I have also been using a notebook to write any blog ideas and plan out what I want to write about and how I want my images to look.
Working in the fast food industry you'd think I'd be put off eating the food, but when I'm on my break; I tend to go straight towards my trusty Chilli Cheese Bites. But my plan is to ditch the fast food and eat a much Healthy diet; I love salads and a lot of healthy stuff but it's getting into the routine of constantly eating them that I struggle with. I also want to start eating breakfast, as I never do. And like they say "breakfast is the start of your day." I find I'm really not a Morning Person, but I want to become one. So if any of you have any recommendations to becoming one then comment away!
3. Get into a routine: I want to get into a routine on going to sleep the same time every night and waking up at an appropriate time (like 8:30 not 11.) I find this will help me from feeling tired all the time and gently bring myself into being a morning person. I will also be able to be more productive and achieve a lot more in a day.
4. Begin some sort of exercise: Another reason on why I am tired a lot, is that I do
do/not live a healthy life style. I'm the person that will choose an elevator over taking the stairs. I'm thinking of joining a gym or simply walking my dog a lot more.
5. Blogging life: I want to improve my blog photos and make them professional and blogging worthy; I'm still new to the whole world of blogging and this year I want my blog to become more popular and gain more readers.
