Have you been dealing with Ankle joint pain? I've broken my ankles so many times from ice skating, so I suffer from ankle pain and sometimes my ankle pops out of place sometimes. I found some useful tips on how I relieve this pain.

Did you know that 53 million American's suffer from arthritis? Which means, May is National Arthritis Month. I haven't been diagnosed yet, but I know that my ankles have it. When I did ice skating for 13 years, I ended up breaking both my ankles 5 or more times. So, now a result is my ankle pops out of place when I walk and it hurts sometimes.

4 TIPS FOR HOW TO DEAL WITH Ankle Joint PAIN

1. Supported shoes – If you're pain is in your ankle and your ankle pops out sometimes when walking (like me), wear sandals, boots or shoes that have ankle support. Such as, sandals that have a ankle strap/straps to keep your ankle in place. I can't wear shoes that have no ankle support or else I'll probably end up breaking my ankle again. So sneakers that hold your ankle are perfect as well.

2. Pain Reliever – When I'm in a little bit of pain, I look for a relief with anti-inflammatory in it, just like Advil has it. Among the OTC pain relievers like Advil, nothing is proven stronger on Arthritis and other joint pain*. *For minor arthritis pain.

3. Walking – Walking is the best way to get your ankle strong. Instead of driving maybe try walking about 5,000-10,000 steps a day to your job or anywhere you are going. Just being on your feet and walking around will keep the ankle from getting injured.
4. Squats – Doing squats will make your muscles hold you up. This will help your ankle from popping out so much when walking, cramping or even pain. I suggest doing all the squats you can from: sumo squats, regular squats, pulse squats, pulse lunge squats, etc.

Did you know that Advil comes with EZ open caps, which are perfect for people struggling with Arthritis. Advil is doctor recommended for most joint pain. Be sure to check out Advil at Walmart in the Pain and Fever section. Please, be sure to ask your doctor before using.
