This story is absolutely horrific!

Court documents unsealed this week reveal the abhorrent conditions West Des Moines Teen Natalie Finn’s lived in before her death.

The 16-year-old died of malnutrition while her siblings, a 15-year-old brother and a 14-year-old sister, were found underweight and suffering from bedsores after a neighbor alerted police.

The three youths were found on October 24, 2016 in a room with no beds and boarded-up windows to keep them from escaping to panhandle for food at a convenience store down the street.

More details have been released and they’re heartbreaking.
