2010 definitely was a year for controversial Fashion with M.I.A.’s Burqa, Taylor Momsen’s ‘Hooker chic’ style and the infamous ‘Meat Dress’ worn by Lady GaGa to the VMAs. But none of the above made it to my Best Dressed of 2010 list.
