As the year goes by, it is possible to go through each day getting stuck in our challenges without noticing the good things that also happens. So, to start this year, I will be undergoing a 30 day New year, New you, gratitude Challenge. This is to enable me focus on the good things in my life while healing from crisis or challenges.

It can be any four things you’re grateful for. All you have to is to spin the wheel with a pen and focus on that which the pen stops. So, for today’s challenge, my spin stopped on Family & Friends.
