The brand Ted Baker believes that they are ‘No Ordinary Designer Label’ especially as they became on of the most popular shirt specialists in Glasgow, they soon became the place to go if you wanted only the very best in contemporary menswear in the north. The Ted Baker brand had and still has to this day a very clear concept focusing on quality attention to detail and that quirky fling that we love in Ted Baker. The brands first quirky statement was to offer a free laundry service for every shirt purchased from their stores. This gained the quickly growing brand the title of ‘No Ordinary Designer Label’. They wanted a brand wherein every piece of clothing, jewellery and watches that left their store had part of Ted Baker woven, welded or etched into its very heart.
Ted has built up its prestige all on its own with no advertising campaign in sight, how you may ask? Well their approach when it comes to marketing the brand isn’t a mystery it actually remains the same as it was from day one … with word of mouth being their number one contributor and out of the ordinary marketing coming in a close second. I mean come on take a look at some of their marketing and tell me it doesn’t catch your attention.
