So you’re want to get lean for summer? Well, here’s a brief overview on how to approach it.
How To Train In The Gym
Focus on free weights and compound movements. This means you need to squat, bench, and deadlift. Throw in Cardio as needed.
We recommend getting on a program, such as the
5 X 5 program.
How To Diet
If you can get this down, you might not even need cardio.
To lose weight, you need to eat at a caloric deficit. A good rule of thumb is to eat 500 calories below maintenance. We highly recommend you take it further and track macros.

Supplementation: You Probably Don’t Need It
They’re honestly not necessary, but if you really want to incorporate them, we suggest whey protein, since getting enough protein is something people struggle with.
Multivitamins and fish oil are also great!
Avoid fat burners.
