After Thanksgiving Pounds

Greetings from The Fitness Avenue. So, the Thanksgiving holiday is over and the questions are how successful were you in sticking to your fitness regimen?  Did you go back for seconds and more seconds?  Did you use discipline?  Did you dive into the deserts?  Did you exercise or did you shelf your routine for a day?  The answer to any of these questions doesn't represent the end of a good thing.  If you did enjoy food and family, it's all good.  Or if you didn't indulge in holiday comfort food and ate salad or something lighter that's good as well. The main point of this post is to encourage not straying too far from your fitness regimen.  Life happens and sometimes we get caught up in how perfect we're trying to be when it comes to our fitness routine.  In other words, loosen up.  Move through out the world in African Dance, Latin Dance, and Indian dance.
