New Year – New Wednesday Workout

Happy New Year Friends!  I trust you have all been staying as fit, active and Healthy as possible during the holiday season.  I’ve certainly been enjoying the holidays with friends and family, and I even have a couple extra pounds to show for it.   Admittedly, I’ve been trying to out-train the holiday indulgences the past couple week, but that’s neither healthy nor sustainable.  I’m ready to get back to work, back to healthy eating and back to basics.

If you’re looking for a Workout to kickstart your new year’s fitness resolutions, you’ll love this Wednesday 12 minute workout.  In 12 minute you’ll get your heart pumping and your muscles engaged.  Perform this at the beginning of a weight training session or solo depending on how much time you have.
