12 min. Wednesday Workout: Kettle Bells

It’s the last week of June!  This month absolutely flew by for me, and next week I will be celebrating the 4th of July, and my bestie’s birthday, in a house boat at Shasta lake. I won’t be brining any Kettle Bells to the lake, but I will be doing this 12 Minute Workout a couple of times this week.  It’s a full body strength workout and calorie blaster!  Just what I need to feel strong and confident at the lake all week.

This Wednesday’s 12 minute workout is all about strength!  Take your time and concentrate on form.  A dumbbell will also work if you don’t have a kettle bell.  If you want to add a little bit of cardio, I suggest you alternate 5 minutes of cardio (elliptical, treadmill, stationary bike, etc.) with 2 rounds of the circuit.  Repeat 4 times for a total of 20 minutes.
