Oriental Beauty Oolong teas, full body with plenty of unique flavors, have a history that goes back over 1000 years with stories of health benefits and of course the culture of China and Taiwan.
Aged Oriental Beauty Oolong Tea
This Aged Oriental Beauty Oolong produces beautiful fragrants with a smooth texture and no astringency. Flavors include a honey malty texture with deep florals and a cream mouth feel.
What is Aged Oriental Beauty Oolong
Oriental Beauty Oolong is from Taiwan and the name comes from Queen Victoria (Queen of England), who only knew that the tea was from the orient, she began calling the tea Oriental Beauty, which became its’ common name ever since.
This Oriental Beauty Oolong has wonderful potential for aging when it is roasted properly.
The leaves are highly oxidized which produces a unique depth of flavor, and also such oxidized leaves are less fragile during roasting and aging.
Aging the oolong removes astringency, and any sharpness the leaves might have, producing a smooth, clean rich brew.

Healthy Weight Loss Benefits
Because this tea has its own sweetness and a good body, drink this before and during a meal. You will feel fuller sooner and so your meal will wind up eating less and you could drink this tea as a major part of your meal. I would pair this with almost any type of beef, foul or oily fish.
This tea was purchased directly from Tealyra in September 2017 with an expiration date 3-2019.
Over all this aged Oriental Beauty brews up a rich multi flavorful tea with no astringency, my favorite cup of tea.
