On the completion of four and a half years of his government, Chief Minister Adityanath, in his one-hour speech at the conclusion of the meeting of the Backward Classes State Working Committee, had said, seven and a half lakh lamps in the fifth Deepotsav of Ayodhya to be held on November 03, 2021. The grand Deepotsav of Ayodhya of 2020 created a world record. He called upon everyone to prepare for the lightening of the earthen lamps and said that this would give more employment to the potter brothers and bring economic development in the state.

The Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath began his address by mentioning the construction of a grand Shri Ram temple in Ayodhya, Organisation of  divine and spiritual grand Kumbh in Prayagraj, and established three world records, with the development of Kashi Vishwanath Dham.  For the first time in the country for public awareness of the unbroken and pure Ganga Yatra, Organizing the grand Dev Deepawali in Varanasi.  Organizing a grand Krishna festival in Mathura and a grand festival of colors in Barsana, Braj Teerth Vikas Parishad, Vindhya Dham Teerth Development Council, Sri Chitrakoot Dham Teerth Development Council and Naimisharanya Teerth Kshetra Development Council, Operation of cruise service in Varanasi, Buddhist circuit, Ramayana circuit, Mahabharata circuit, Shaktipeeth circuit, spiritual circuit, development of tourism facilities in Jain and Sufi circuit. He highlighted the increase in grant amount for Kailash Mansarovar Yatra, Uttar Pradesh Day, and Cheri Chaura Shatabdi festival.
